Services at this Airport, will allow all air operators a fast arrival and departure operation, speedy baggage retrieval (5min.), personalized services, no congestion " due to an air traffic free slot procedure ", ample parking spaces, high standard hotels and restaurants, great shopping facilities for famous Italian products labels, sports activities (Golf, Riding, Trekking, Mountaineering etc. ) all within e few kilometres, further more, a possibility to hire a night time floodlit ski run.
The objective and directive for this management, is to provide a landing "customer oriented"; in this way, added to the benefits of a custom made flight operation, clients will be able to benefit "land side" activities.
Biella Airport is open to international traffic.

Customs Services : on request, at the time when flight plans are logged in.
Mon. to Fri. with 3 hours advance notice, prior the estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays, one working day prior the estimated time of arrival.
All fees are payable by the client.
